Welcome Back Ryal!

I know, I know! you're all sitting there wondering "What ever happened to Ryal?!" Well... Nothing... nothing happened... im right here...

I know its been a while since i posted anything here... so im going to update you! I've been too busy with school and homework and friends and stuff...

but anyways im here to say that I have been assigned a project at school, im given till September next year to do ANY project of my choice... and i have decided to build a house (just the model of one!). I will be posting updates here, at least once a week, of my progress and my troubles. This is going to be alot of fun, and hard work so im asking for your support to guide me through this all.... Anyways, i will be starting next week and i will update you then :D

Another great thing, sort of, is i have the opportunity to go to Costa Rica next year. You're problem thinking "well, how is that only  'sort of' a great thing?'"... Well here is the catch... I have to raise $2500 in less then 13 months. I have no idea how im going to pull this off... but if you have any suggestions (or donations :D) please comment below!

What starts with a "F" and ends in "uck"?

FIRETRUCK! You silly people! (I know, bad joke LMAO)

So this week my mom asked me to help out in her classroom, she had a project for me. And it all started with a fridge box.

That's my Daughter there.

So we started by securing the sides, front and back so that the box would stand on it's own, and then proceeded to cut out the roof, the back roof and the "windshield." We "childproofed" the rough cardboard edges by lining them in duct tape, to prevent the kids from potentially cutting themselves on the rough edges.



The original plan, and why I of all people was brought on was because we were supposed to PAINT the box. By my mother had a brilliant plan and since we'd started around 5pm and it was already nearing 7 (Where did the time go? No one knows!) We decided to paper it instead :D

I don't have any of the in progress photos of this part so here's a cute pic of my kid, dressed up for Safety week!
And finally, around 8pm our masterpiece was done and we returned home. BUT NOT BEFORE I GOT MORE PICS :D




I know, I know not entirely real, but it's MY firetruck and it's awesome.

well... ever since i got this new computer... i have been too busy (FarmVilling) I havent gotten around to re-installing my programs... my Tablet is hooked up, but i have no programs exept for MS paint...

Another Taursday post. Sorry about being so inconsistent lately. I've been pretty busy here around the house. Here's a continuation on "Girl's night out"

With thanksgiving on the way and winter on it's way I'm getting more and more excited about the prospects of christmas MY way. No other influence telling me, "No, you can't play christmas music" "No, I don't want a tree" "No, you can't do santa clause" :D I'm my own person this season and I'm getting myself TOTALLY hyped up about it. :3

I can't wait for snow, and glad tidings, jingle bells and horses drawing sledges. I'm SO excited! Even though Halloween comes first, I want to skip it this year and jump right into december! :D

Something to Post!

Finally, I have something to post about! I recently finished working on some artwork for my friend Kamatz! :D He commissioned something of her?self and a friend and I didn't quite know the exact nature of the relationship so I went with something cute and fun! :D I hope you guys like, I know I really enjoyed putting this together!



Aside from my wintery stuff (I'm getting super stoked about Christmas, but more on that later) I've also done a couple gift badges for two "taur-iffic" friends. They were really there for me when my boyfriend and I broke up. Soooo here's the artwork.


And


These were a lot of fun to do. I didn't realize I missed making badges. lol We also missed 24-hour Comic day but I think I have a plan for next year. It involves the ski-house, artists and their partners. It'll be fantastic!! :D
